KEYNOTE DESCRIPTION:

Every mom wants their daughters to grow in confidence and self-esteem. But this can be challenging with the onset of their menstruation and with helping them navigate their menstrual cycles. 

This talk will help mothers learn how to discuss their daughters' menstrual cycles in a healthy, constructive, and informed manner. It will provide them with simple strategies and a plan for action to open the conversation around the delicate subject of growing up and embracing womanhood in all of its powers and grace. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

As a result of this talk, moms will gain 

- clarity about what the menstrual cycle really is, 

- tips on recognizing fertility and infertility 

- words, terms, and definitions that help women and girls gain confidence in themselves and in their fertility when they are speaking about their menstrual cycles,  and informational links where they can access fertility instructors for further assistance for their daughters and themselves.
