KEYNOTE DESCRIPTION:

Fertility education is one of those things that should be provided to young women as they enter into puberty. But fertility hygiene is often neglected becasue of the sensitive nature of the topic, and it regularly gets replaced or surplanted by information on available contraception to avoid unexpectred pregnancy and promote safer sex. 

For many couples, getting pregnant feel like a game of "Hit and Miss", or "Cat and Mouse." While some women may have a vague idea of when they think they are fertile and may succeed in achieving pregnancy, and they may be excited to learn they are pregnant, it isn't always the case that it happened when they thought it would.

In this talk, women will gain an understanding of fertility and infertility, an in-depth knowledge about their own fertility patterns, and learn how to optimize this knowledge to achieve pregnancy naturally.
