About Anne-Catherine

 Anne C. Belanger is a Fertility Educator and Teacher-Trainer in the Billings Ovulation Method® of natural fertility management with the Natural Family Planning Association of Ontario, an affiliate of WOOMB Canada, the Canadian national affiliate of WOOMB International Ltd. 

With a career spanning almost two decades, Anne has been an accredited teacher of the Billings Ovulation Method® since 1995. Her role has evolved to train and update the association’s teachers since 2003, a testament to her deep understanding of the field. 

Her dedication extends beyond international borders, having initially attended the 2015 GA Summit with her husband at UNHQ in New York for WOOMB International. She then served as the Administrative Representative of their NGO to the United Nations from 2016-2023. Her participation in several Billings Ovulation Method® Presentations, particulary during the annual UN Commission on the Status of Women held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City showcases her global perspective and interest in promoting fertility health initiatives through the Billings Ovulation Method® worldwide. 

In 2017, the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations hosted her Presentation “The Economic Benefits Gained for Women through Fertility Awareness, Empowering Women to Economic Sustainability through Health, Welfare, and Independence.” 

In 2019, she and her husband attended the 72nd World Health Assembly at the UNOG in Geneva, Switzerland, introducing the Billings Ovulation Method® to several national health ministers and their personnel. 

In 2022, she was elected to the Board of Directors of the Natural Family Planning Association of Ontario, and she is a Teaching Member of BOMA-USA, the American affiliate of WOOMB International. 

She is the Director of Fertility Business Initiatives Institute, a registered 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization based in the U.S. dedicated to promoting the Billings Ovulation Method® at the United Nations, within the United States, and throughout the world. 

Anne and her husband have been married for 37 years and have homeschooled their nine children since 1995.
